Super Awesome Worldwide and SA Events Worldwide (the “Organizer”) collects and processes personal information received through the authorized ticketing platform or directly from attendees, including names, email addresses, mobile numbers, ticket purchase details, and attendance information. This information is used to administer bookings, manage event admission, provide important event updates, respond to inquiries, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Marketing Communications and Personalized Advertising
Where you have provided separate, optional consent, the Organizer may use your contact details and relevant purchase or engagement information to send concert announcements, presale invitations, promotional offers, and updates about its events and services through email, SMS, and other communication channels identified when consent is obtained.
With your applicable consent, the Organizer may also use this information for personalized advertising, audience matching, retargeting, and campaign measurement. Where you have provided the applicable consent, you authorize the Organizer and its appointed production providers to capture and use your image, likeness, and voice for event documentation, highlights, publicity, and promotion of this event and the Organizer’s future concerts and events. Materials may appear on websites, social media, press releases, printed materials, and paid advertisements without a talent fee or other compensation.
Such materials will not be used to materially misrepresent you or falsely imply your endorsement of an unrelated product or service. Separate permission will be sought for interviews, testimonials, or uses outside this scope. Any crowd recording undertaken on another lawful basis will be explained in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and event notices.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Consent to marketing, personalized advertising, partner sharing, and consent-based photography use is voluntary. Declining or withdrawing these permissions will not affect your ticket purchase or admission.

Withdrawal applies to future processing based on consent and does not affect processing lawfully undertaken before withdrawal. Necessary ticketing and event-related communications may continue.

Personal information will be protected using appropriate safeguards and retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal requirements. Consent and Other Attendees
Acceptance of the ticket terms acknowledges this notice; it does not automatically provide consent for the optional uses described above. Such consent will be obtained separately.
A purchaser’s consent applies only to that purchaser and does not automatically extend to other ticket holders. Where required, consent for minors must be provided separately by a parent or legal guardian.
